Great property in a nice location with water views! I can see why this hotel is host to many weddings, two were underway when we stayed. Perfect setup to get married with the water backdrop plus nice spaces for receptions. We enjoyed the one night we stayed and were very happy with dinner at Ground Round (get the smash burger). Would have loved to explore the university and Oshkosh more but we had a tight schedule. We would stay here again!

Property Description
Nestled on the banks of the Fox River in downtown Oshkosh, lies the beautiful Waterfront Hotel & Convention Center. The Waterfront Hotel & Convention Center opened April 29, 2013 after a $14 million renovation project. The Waterfront Hotel & Convention Center features eight floors with 176 guest accommodations, most of which have scenic views of the Fox River and/or Lake Winnebago, over 5,500 sq. ft. of function space, pool, whirlpool, fitness center, game room, guest Laundry and full breakfast with each guest room. The Hotel is connected to the Oshkosh Convention Center which has over 18,000 sq. ft. of additional, flexible function space and stunning riverside views.
The Waterfront Hotel & Convention Center also features Ground Round at Rivers Edge Bar and Grill. This fun filled lounge and eatery features dining on the outside patio along the river, large windows to overlook the water, private dining and nightly specials. Bring your boat and tie up along one of the many piers located right in front of the Hotel.
There is no other choice when looking for a place to relax, meet or socialize in Oshkosh. Yes! Pets are allowed.The cost for dogs is $25, plus tax, extra per night; a maximum of $150 per week. Advance reservations are necessary. Dogs (two or fewer and no larger than 80 pounds) are allowed in one of our five designated rooms on the second floor of the hotel. Guests must sign a waiver upon arrival outlining other guidelines. Pets will also receive a treat at this time! No need to bring water or food dishes, as we will place a combination dish and a pet sleeping pad in your room prior to check-in. Please keep in mind that pets/dogs are not allowed in the pool area, meeting rooms or indoor portion of the restaurant, unless they are designated service animals. There is a pet relief station located in a “wood chipped” area to the west of the hotel on the north edge of the parking ramp. The station has a supply of bags to dispose of pet waste.
