Two employees vat and out for unfailing good humor and helpfulness. Both Keo and Randy were wonderful representatives for the Hampton Inn. Actually all the employees were pleasant despite some terrible working conditions. The housecleaning crew would stop what they were doing to assist people to their rooms or get whatever was needed. Seeing some unpleasant moments at the front desk and breakfast area due to the customers acting as if the world wide computer problems were the fault of Hampton employees made me appreciate the employees who never once were rude or reacted without being polite and with a smile. Leo and Randy went above and beyond what was expected.
