We stayed at this hotel when were had to evacuate our home due to Hurricane Milton. The staff (Jamie, Shay, Marlene, Marisol to name a few) were so kind and took great care of us. Our room (cottage area), seemed to have been just remodeled. They just did over the Lobby which is huge and gorgeous. They have a nice pool area and are currently remodeling their Tiki Bar. They have a nice Lobby Bar/Restaurant that serves pub type food. I think this would be a real fun place with a bunch of family/friends. We enjoyed an airboat ride down the street a few miles too!

Port of the Island Resort is the gateway to the Florida Everglades. From Everglades Photography Tours, Offshore Fishing Expeditions, Everglades Eco tour to hiking, bicycling and bird watching. When you are not out exploring the Everglades, you can relax by the pool, and enjoy all the aminities and the nearby attractions of Naples and Marco Island.Port of the Island Resort offering studios and cottage suites with mini refrigerator and microwaves.POI do not provide any Food & Beverage. Guest have to make their own arragement with Restaurant on property.
