From being picked up at the Jacksonville airport by Stephanie who was awesome. She always remembers me from previous stays. Checking in was a breeze with Francine. Needless to say I have stayed many times and it is nice when they know you by name. Staff in the dining room and the housekeeping are also great and courteous. Andre' was another driver that has also when Stephanie was not there. There may be another driver, but anytime all have been great.

This hotel is definitely a cut above so many other places we have stayed. The nice big room, sofa, comfortable bed, great breakfast, all contributed to our enjoyable experience. We will definitely stay here each time we travel.
