We've stayed here before on returning to our home town of 44 years. Always prefer the hotel over staying with friends due to flexibility and usually being on a tight schedule. Very clean, comfortable, quiet and restful. Close to restaurant choices and services. Easily located off U.S. Hwy 20 and 20-30 minutes from Waterloo.

For as many rooms that were occupied, it was pretty quiet. Didn't care for being put in a Handicap room, but made it work. Found an infants hair bow on floor by bed, so I wonder about vacuuming the rooms. Didn't care for the breakfast. Hard boiled eggs were rubbery and had no taste. Bagel was soggy on one side.
