Every thing was good except we thought the bathroom was a little tight. You had to step into the shower to close the door! And another small problem was no night light in the bathroom for late night trips. Other than those two things room was clean, bed was very comfortable, so really no complaints. Hope to stay with Hyatt sometime in the future.

We could not express how CLEAN the rooms were! The room was gorgeous with a lovely view. Bed was comfortable, TV was huge, a desk, a small kitchen and a couch too. I couldn't have asked for more in a hotel room. We felt like it was well worth the price we paid. We still just cannot express how CLEAN the room was! We were able to bring out ESA animals as well with no cost which was very nice. We made sure to leave the room clean as we could and put all our towels together. I would definitely come back to stay!

We are near many area attractions including Kings Island amusement park, Kenwood Towne Centre Mall and downtown Cincinnati. We offer a variety of room types accommodating up to six guests per room. Each of our guest rooms feature a 42” high-definition flat panel TV, a Cozy Corner Queen sized sofa-sleeper, and plush Hyatt Grand Beds. We provide complimentary continental breakfast, free Wi-Fi with no password needed, 24 hr business center, 24 hr fitness center and 24 hr cafe. We also offer a bar/lounge that is open from 7am 'til 12am and a seasonal outdoor heated pool.
