I had to pay for parking and then I had to park on the street because parking lot was full, due to a wedding. Paid for breakfast. The bar was not available due to the wedding. If you are going to charge $400 for a room, please ensure guests have access to parking and amenities. I was not even offered a refund for parking or my second night stay, that I didn't use because the various reasons I explained above.

The hotel location is amazing, walking distance to everything needed for a great stay. The rooms are very nostalgic. Lobby and staff were very family friendly and provided games for kids in the evening hours in the lobby. Great stay, would do it again. Definitely hit up the Co. Ranch Steakhouse for dinner, the best eats in Glenwood Springs!

We love the hotel, a great place! Had a good time. The young man at the front desk was awesome and a huge help, he offered the experience and friendliness that is expected from that hotel!

The Gotel Colorado never disappoints! I frequent his this hotel because of it's quality, history and the immersive experience. The room was perfect, the food and drink delicious and the staff delightful in personality and professionalism. I am already planning my next visit.
