As we arrived on our floor for our checkin, Wasserman Jabr, the Senior Operations Manager, exited the elevator with us. As we checked to see how far it was to walk to our room, I mentioned to my wife, who has a mobility issue, that it was along way away. Wasserman overheard us and immediately offered to find a room for us closer to the elevator. After a short while he returned from the concierge desk with a new room assignment for. The new room was an upgrade for us, at no additional charge and much closer to the elevator. Thank you for giving us a memorable stay at the Bessborough.

We had a beautiful stay. The hotel is grand! It has an elegant feel to it. The architecture is magnificent. The river view is stunning. Staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious. We especially enjoyed the in house made strawberry rhubarb confiture! We would highly recommend.
