The Magnuson Hotel is a limited service hotel, but it does provide a good value. While older, the rooms are well maintained, and more work is planned on the hotel exterior in the near future. The location is good too, tucked off the main road, just off interstate 65, and right next to Rivergate Mall. Rooms are above what you would expect when you see the basic exterior of the hotel. Modern furnishings, granite counter tops, flat panel television, refrigerator and microwaves are found in all. You also get a free breakfast, have access to laundry facilities, and free access to Edge Fitness center, located one exit down interstate 65. PROS: Decent rooms that meet all basic needs, good location, amazing rate for what you getCONS: Not the most modern exterior, older building, not a luxury hotelYou should seriously consider this hotel for your next group need, especially if clean, basic accommodations are all you need at a good rate.

HOTEL IS AN ALL-SUITES BOUTIQUE HOTEL, COMPLETELY NEWLY BUILT UP-SCALE HOTEL IN AUGUST 2007.ALL RATE ARE NEGOTIABLE (rates are seasonal)*** This is a brand new upscale hotel just 8 minutes north of downtown Nashville and across from one of Nashvilles largest malls, the Rivergate Mall.All guest staying at the Baymont Inn & Suites has free acces to " Fitness Plus" formaly World's Gym & Fitness Ctr." which has an Indoor Pool & Whirl Pool. All rooms are built with the guest in mind including ample spacious rooms and upgraded amenties.We offer the world's famous " comfy beds". We offer large rooms with 32 flat screen hd/lcd t.v. that are wall mounted in all rooms.Each room has a coffee makers,micro/refrig. with two complimentary bottles of spring water,wireless high-speed internet connections as well as ethernet and data port connectivity,iron and board,a large work desk/table with a office chair, and a easy chair with a foot ottman,am/fm/alarm clock radio,free faxing,free local call,70 channel t.v. line up.All rooms have the world famous sleep beauty mattress and a 5" pillow topper on each bed as well as 4-5 pillows per bed for your comfort.We serve a EXTENDED CONT'Breakfast including fresh cereal,yogart,waffles and many more items
