Trying to book thru the front desk was difficult at best, condescending and worthless. Lobby and hall carpets were gross. Phone numbers for individual properties shouldn't switch to reservation central, who cannot help or who have no knowledge of the property.

Staff needs to clean the hallways as litter and many many stains in the carpet. Room smelled musty and when sitting in lobby the furniture has many stains on the upholstery. Don't see this in most Holiday inns.
