Bad weather missed connection, phone running out of battery and a last minute reservation summarizes the experience. Wish there was better signage at the airport. Grateful to find the shuttle, be greeted with a bottle of water, quick to process reservation, food still available so late and the kindness to let me borrow a phone cord to charge my phone. So many of us were stressed and frustrated and the Hyatt team was understanding and so wonderful. Thank you.

Room was fine. I was stuck due to a cancellation of my AA flight to NYC, so had no choice. It was also crazy expensive for a one night stay. Almost $500.00 for a basic room. Ridiculous!

Everyone was helpful, kind, professional and all at midnight! The 24 hour shuttle service saved us! The operator was kind, found a room, the shuttle driver was kind, the room comfortable. We had to be at the airport by 6:20 AM for an early morning flight so we got a needed few hours rest and much needed shower. Hyatt Regency will Always be our choice in any future travel through DFW.
