High-touch items are: tv remote control, lightswitches, thermostat, taps, shampoo and amenities, pen and paper, coffee maker and coffee items, curtaindrawstrings/pull rods and door handles. For room stays less than 3 days, housekeeping will only enter the room for cleaning after checkout (unless requested by the guest). For longer stays, rooms will be cleaned every fourth day unlessotherwise requested by the guest using the provided door hanger. Alternatively, extra towels/amenities willbe left along with a linen bag outside of the guest room. Full disinfecting of the room will be done postcheck-out. Guest must vacate the room while maintenance and housekeeping is completing work to follow social distancing protocols. All housekeepers and maintenance will wear masks when entering a guestroom.
