All arrival rooms are re-sterilized even AFTER housekeeping has completely cleaned and sanitized rooms using hospital grade products. You will be the first person to touch your pillow, towels and remote control! Upon checkout, we are thoroughly cleaning all guestrooms and bathrooms with hospital grade cleaning products. Unless requested 24 hours in advance, for everyone's safety, we will not be entering occupied rooms. We will instead clean occupied rooms upon request, but only when the room is vacant. We temperature check our team and require any ill employees to stay home. We require our staff to wash their hands continuously throughout the day. All staff must wear sterilized masks and gloves are required for all housekeepers. We have provided free hand sanitizer in our lobby area for all guests and staff. We ask that any guest with active coughs or sneezing to please avoid our public areas and to remain in their rooms.
