Though the condition of the hotel was good, the overall concern of the customer qas average. You just had a MAJOR weather event. I live on the opposite side of Geprgia. It takes?approximately four 1/2 to five hours to travel to your location. Traffic was an ABSOLUTE MESS driving to your location. I contacted you to inform my family and I were having difficulty traveling to your location and I provided an estimate time which was in the evening. We arrived at the hotel by 7 pm. Therefore, we didn't spend a WHOLE DAY in which we got CHARGED! At the end of our stay, my family and I checked out on Saturday before 10 am. Therefore we shouldn't have been charged for that day. I'm disappointed at a hotel which promotes professional courtesy and comfort but doesn't live up to the PROMISE. We travelled into town because my daughter will be attending GSU. I'm disappointed you were more interested in profiting off our stay than living up to your PROMISE of comfort and professionalism.
