Housekeeping has added cleaning protocols requiring that surfaces are thoroughly treated with disinfectants and that this cleaning is done with increased frequency to ensure we are doing everything we can to welcome our guests to a safe and clean hotel environment. These added protocols include disinfect high-touch surfaces—bins, baskets, harvesters, etc.—on a regular basis. Housekeeping cleans all departing rooms as they check out, and they clean stay-overs as requested by the guest. Our Housekeeping team wears masks during their shifts and while entering each room and they maintain a 6 feet distance from all guests and staff memebers to help alleviate the risk of transmission. We track our departures to ensure we are not putting new guest in departing rooms for at least 72 hours. Safety for our guests and associates are the top priority and we continue to strive to work efficiently and safely.
