The staff was excellent! Kind, obliging, took care of everything I needed. Breakfast food was great! Joe took good care of tne breakfast buffet and makes the most awesome waffles. The facility itself is very clean if a little the worse for wear. But if you are looking for a clean hotel with great staff and close to the expressways, this is it! If you are looking for luxury accomodations, best look elsewhere. You get what you pay for.

Property Description
The Sleep Inn & SuitesTM Scranton Dunmore is ideally located near the intersection of Interstate 81, Interstate 84 and Interstate 380. This Dunmore hotel is easily accessible to virtually every local attraction, including the Everhart Museum of Natural History, Science & Art, Lackawanna County Stadium, Wachovia Arena at Casey Plaza, Steamtown National Historic Site and the Mohegan Sun at Pocono Downs featuring live harness racing. The Wilkes-Barre / Scranton International Airport is nine miles from the hotel.
The hotel is minutes from the Scranton business district, a number of area colleges and universities and a host of tourist attractions. Several shops and a variety of restaurants are located in the surrounding area.
