I've had better experiences. It took almost an hour to let us in after checkin because the room key didn't work. Took staff too long to open up the door and I had to leave my husband behind. Secondly, I didn't find out until after my stay that I wouldn't earn points on the stay. I wouldn't have stayed with you all for a wedding that was pre reserved and had group rates.

Clean, good food, nice people and Starbucks. The hotel at the wharf was centrally located with all access to city bus tours and shopping and the wharf. A great place to visit and I would tell a friend.
