Disappointed the no one reached out to make sure my husband was okay after falling off when the toilet seat came off. We had to switch rooms because the first room was a smoking room, when we requested a non smoking room because I use a Cpap machine. The staff overall is very helpful and pleasant to work with.

Four Queens Hotel & Casino is in a great location to everything downtown. Right in the middle of all the action. Rooms were clean and staff was very attentive when we needed service. Great staff. We will stay there again.
