We stayed in room 268. It was a suite in what looked like an older building. As we opened the outer door there was a terrible smell. It smelled like cigarette smoke. It was terrible! The room itself was pretty nice but dated. No clock, no charger outlets. There were four of us in the room and only two towels were in the bathroom. The first night there the toilet overflowed so I went to the office to tell them and the lady at the office gave me a plunger to fix the toilet myself! So I paid $150 a night and had to fix my toilet and clean the bathroom floor with all the water that overflowed. I asked the housekeeper for more towels and she said that she would be cleaning the room and putting clean towels in there anyway. We left for the day, came back, the room was never cleaned. Bed was never made. No clean towels. No garbage emptied. Was extremely upset about this especially since I specifically spoke with the housekeeper! I would never recommend Best Western to anyone because of this experience.
