Property Description
Award winning hotel located in the heart of University Town Center. Conveniently located close to I75 and numerous area attractions. Our hotel is situated within the Shops at UTC shopping plaza surrounded by over 25 shops and restaurants right out our front door. We are on the border of Sarasota and Bradenton just a short drive from world class beaches and sports venues. The hotel is equipped with an over sized fitness center with lockers and showers as well as on site coin operated guest laundry. We also have same day dry cleaning available Monday-Saturday.
