We specialize in small, intimate beachside events. Our space is limited in size, serving no more than 50 guests max. Because it serves as the location for our deluxe continental breakfast, this space is only available during the hours of 1p-9p. Clean up to begin no later than 8:30p. Typically, we require at least four room rentals in addition to the event space. Monday-Thursday rental rates: $400/hour + 3 hour minimum + room block. Friday-Sunday & holidays: $500 per hour + 4 hour minimum + room block. Catering and bar service vendors must be hotel-approved. Guests may not serve their own alcohol and bar service must be contracted through a licensed alcohol provider with TIPS certified bartenders. |
