I want to bring to your attention the effort of coffee bar employee…Maria. It was on Saturday morning, 9/28. The other employee scheduled to work with her on the early shift called out. So, she was alone. She stoically, professionally waited on more than fifty members of the Demolay conference, who all showed up at the same time. She's an asset to your hotel and should be recognized. I spent my entire life in management in a large utility company in customer service. I know dedication when I see it. Please celebrate her.

Room was clean, staff were friendly, food from the bar was pretty good. Only real gripe is check in was a little confusing with parking and couldn't get the front desk to pre check me in. It would have been nice if I could have gotten a call when my room was ready instead of having to go to the desk multiple times to check. Still, a solid place to stay if your destination is Waterbury, CT (god help you if so).
