We visited your hotel based on my daughter graduating from Santa Cruz University. Your night male employee was past patient and accommodating to us because of us not being organized and exhausted. Wake up the next morning to go get a cup of coffee and a fresh bagel and I'm greeted by a young lady employee with a gigantic smile saying good morning. How nice. Moving to the coffee pot, buttons in front of me and still sleepy a male staff walks up to me and asks me if he can help again with a big smile. He walks me through it, pokes all the buttons for me never losing his good energy and smile. Your hotel was clean and nice. We were comfortable. But the staff is why we would come back. Good job people good job! 👏.
