We stay here often ( four times/yr). The staff is always friendly, efficient and professional. The breakfast has a good variety. The rooms comfortable. I would like to give special recognition to front desk person, Maureen, who went above and beyond. She located a room more convenient for us ( we travel with my 91 yo aunt and require handicap accessible room). Later, when I was having trouble with the computer, she spent probably nearly half hour getting it to work for me (while also attending to guests at the front desk). How easy it would have been to say "sorry, it doesn't seem to be working right". We look forward to returning here on our way home.
