Only one small complaint about this hotel in an overall very good experience: They need more help at breakfast. The staff is overwhelmed and things tend to break down. The breakfast itself is quite good; the portions are giant and could be cut down a bit. Housekeeping is well timed and efficient, everything is clean and well taken care of, the room amenities are all you could need and the location for walking around downtown Portland is perfect.
