My wife and I stayed at this hotel before our cruise. The hotel's shuttle driver, Felix, was hilarious and welcomed us to Orlando. He educated us on the history and resources near the hotel. The front desk attendant Courtney was exceptional, he provided additional insight on the potential to receive transportation through multiple vendors to go to our cruise port. The room was immaculately clean and the bed was very comfortable. I would stay at this hotel the next time I am in the Orlando area.
