I'll start out by saying always at "The Garland." I couldn't help but be sadly disappointed by several things that became outstanding by way of repetition. Breakfast in room: cold food, no utensils or napkins. Food service at pool same thing. sharable food no plates, no utensils. Perhaps this is a way of being cost effective but certainly makes for sloppy eating. Maybe a review, with staff, of providing service in this area wouldn't hurt. The Garland is such a lovely place and the personnel is sad well. Maybe a reminder would solve the issue that was discussed between guests.
