Though the property has been updated, confusion at the front desk re: our reservations, lack of resources to even replace a broken printer and possibly the worst “free” breakfast extant! Ran out of juices, no milk as a beverage except for carafe for cereal, limp, sad home fries their “cook” couldn't figure out that they were supposed to be CRISP, overcooked, tough as leather sausage links and eggs 🥚 of questionable origin. They couldn't even manage to provide hard boiled eggs; in a city of bakeries the bagels were pitiful. After samplin offerings in hopes of an edible breakfast, my wife and I went elsewhere for breakfast. “Free” shouldn't mean meager, pitiful and poorly prepared!

Beautiful extended stay hotel featuring 88 suites along the shores of the Genesee River. We are within walking distance of the University of Rochester. All our suites feature full kitchens. Our Room types consist of Studio Suites, One-Bedroom Suites, and Two Bedroom/Two Bathroom Suites. Our Studio Suites and One Bedroom Suites feature 1 Queen Bed. Our Two Bedroom/ Two Bathroom Suites feature 3 beds - 1 King Bed and 2 Queen Beds. Staybridge Suites doesn't have standard guest rooms with two Queen/Double beds. The only guest rooms featuring multiple beds are the Two Bedroom/Two Bathroom Suites. Our guests enjoy the full kitchen in all our guest rooms. Each room features a two-burner stovetop, microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, full-size fridge, toaster, coffeemaker along with basic cookware, dishware, and utensils. All our guest rooms feature a flat-screen TV. The hotel is Pet friendly and 100% smoke-free. Many rooms feature beautiful riverfront views. Guests may enjoy complimentary use of the indoor pool, Fitness Center, Laundry facilities, Business Center.The hotel enforces a no-party policy in the guest rooms.
