I was extremely blown away by this hotel. I was told that it was remodeled about a year ago! Excellent job šš½ My husband and I frequently visit the Smokies and coul'n't figure out how we missed this hotelš¤ Sitting on the balcony in the evening was very romantic and we felt really safe staying her. the best p t was the extremely nice and humble desk clerk made us feel so welcomed! I asked many questions before my arrival, and she answered with such respect and humility! She's one of the reasons I decided to go ahead and book with this hotel. So, Ms. Seashell thank you so much for your excellent bedside manners.

The guy running the place was fabulous and friendly. He worked the desk (solo), drove the airport shuttle and cooked the customer breakfasts himself. Hotel was clean.
