Property Description
The Four Seasons Hotel Seattle embodies the natural character and relaxed confidence of the Pacific Northwest. Sleek, modern interiors are crafted of wood and stone, bringing the outdoors inside. With commanding views of Elliott Bay and Puget Sound, the Hotel reflects the natural beauty of this Pacific Northwest destination. The Hotel has the luxury of a grand entrance and staircase leading to the meeting space on the 2nd floor. The reception area has a generous fireplace with a reclaimed American Chestnut ledge. The “feature” piece behind the Front Desk is an 81” screen by Northwest School master of collage, Paul Horiuchi. Museum quality works of art embellish the Hotel's public spaces including such internationally recognized abstractionists as Mark Tobey and Morris Graves.The Hotel offers 147 guest rooms, including 13 suites. All feature thoughtful touches from ergonomic custom furnishings to a bathroom mirror designed with integrated TV. The proportions are clean and ample with the average size of 550 square feet. The famous Four Seasons beds have 6 foot leather headboards and the finest of Italian linens. All rooms have 42” plasma televisions, MP3 docking stations and private bars. The bathrooms offer 5 foot long soaking tubs and L'Occitane Verbena products. Plush linens, robes and slippers are supplied in each guest bathroom. Twice-daily housekeeping service with evening ice delivery, complimentary newspaper, multi-line telephones with voice mail and wired or wireless internet access are standards.The Hotel has 6 meeting rooms and 10,570 square feet of meeting space. All meeting space is conveniently located on the 2nd floor. Sycamore, Alder and Ash are utilized throughout. The floor to ceiling windows in each meeting room allows for substantial natural light. The Ballroom, at 4940 square feet, opens up its entire space to a view of Puget Sound. The Ballroom has 4 built-in screens and is divisible by 2 with a sound proof wall. There are individual thermostats and lighting controls in each room. The rooftop terrace with infinity-edge pool, whirlpool and open fireplace has comfortable seating with views of Puget Sound. Guests are greeted by lush Zen garden landscapes. The Spa, with 8 treatment rooms, provides a full range of body treatments. The individual spaces feel like grottos and exude an aura of serenity within nature. Within easy reach of Four Seasons is the Pike Place Market, internationally recognized as America's premier farmer's market, the Seattle Art Museum, Seattle's waterfront and Benaroya Symphony Hall
