The lobby is decorated in black and white tones, along with wooden tables and chandeliers, offering a sitting area and a gift shop. Preston's Restaurant and Lounge offers breakfast, lunch and casual dinner by Chef Katie – a contestant at Top Chef Canada. Relax next to the restaurant in the library area to read or watch TV. This area can also be used as an overflow for the restaurant. The rooms are very spacious with a view of the city and are decorated in brown and grey tones. Amenities include a desk, large TV, sitting area, mini fridge, safe and coffee/tea maker. The well appointed, spacious bathroom comes with a bathrobe and bidet. Each guest will be greeted in their room by an origami crane. The expansive ballroom that can seat up to 500 theatre style is warm and inviting due to the many chandeliers. The hotel also offers several smaller rooms for boardroom meetings, seminars and breakout rooms. Free Wi Fi, Whiteboards and smart TVs are among the features of the meeting area. The meeting area is separate from the guest rooms and offers a foyer that can be used to serve buffet style meals. The feng shui like swimming pool, large whirlpool and fitness room with a natural steam room make sure the guests can relax or keep up with their workout routine.
