The Holiday Inn in Norwich, CT is very nice. My room was very clean. The staff was very excellent and professional to me. I liked staying there. But the overall building is very dated. I don't like a bathroom where the toilet is directly in front of the door. The hall ceilings seemed very low to me. The carpeting in the hall seemed old and lumpy. In the dining room there was paint chipped on the walls and the pancakes were awful. This will be an excellent hotel with the updates.
