We had to have our key cards reset during our 3-day stay and had a difficult time finding an employee to do it. We hard dirty laundry setting out in front of the rooms on the first level for several hours each day on the chairs provided for guests to use. Our room was not clean either. We also almost ran out of toilet paper and no extras in the room.

The room was very good given the price relative to other motels in the area. The beds in particular were quite comfortable. Having a refrigerator in the room and access to a microwave in the motel office were also quite helpful. The problem was with the nightly "surcharge" of $32.11 for the "refund protection plan" levied by the entity through home I booked the reservation. They also elevated the base price over what it would have been had I contacted the motel directly. Thus, when making a reservation, be careful to contact the motel directly at 231 436 5544.
