The front desk staff on Friday 11/1 had very poor service skills, you walk in they won't even look at you, forget about even a simple greeting, you feel like you owe them something upon checking in ;)).

Holiday Inn Express Lander is always so accommodating to state employees. They know about processing state rate and tax exemption and communicating with the staff, it's always easy. Hotel is quiet, very clean and always has a good spread for tea drinkers at breakfast. I also love that they have Chobani yogurt!

The hotel features an upscale contemporary design, luxuriously appointed guest rooms and modern amenities.
