From the time I tried to book online, everything was problem. no towels (not a big deal) TV didn't work kids running in the hallways late at night A/C blowing so loud (then off til the room got hot then freezing again) right to the end when I wanted to add my reward number that can't be added after the res is made. Uhg. Can't stag here again.

We are back for second stay due to medical appointments at Dana Farber. The staff are friendly and accommodating. We needed a wheelchair for my daughter, and they had one. The restaurant/bar is so convenient and good. Also has a bar.

Sheraton Needham is a great location very close to the 95/128 exit. Staff is friendly and willing to help. Bed was comfortable and room had plenty of space and good work space.
