Very professional kind attentive and friendly staff. Rooms are clean and breakfast fresh. I like staying at the Hampton when in NC and recommend to others visiting NC.

We had stayed at this hotel two years ago. The condition of the hotel had declined significantly. Floors in general areas were dirty. The TV remote control had dead batteries. The elevators were dirty. The tables in the dining area were not wiped off. The staff at the front desk area were very responsive reason fif a two rating rather than a 1.

Our family has stayed at this location several times over the years for our family reunion. We realized that changes had to be made due to past storms etc. However this last visit we were really disappointed. Our felt damp and our bathroom was not cleaned when we arrived. Hair was found around the bottom of the toilet, the sink was clogged with hair I guess. The breakfast found was under whelming and the juices were horrible. We have been Hilton members for a over 20yrs.
