The beds in the rooms are horrible and the pillows were all knotted up. Their was spots on the ceiling where it was opening up and around the smoke detector the hole was open.

I have been staying at the Best Western on Futrall ever since I started going to Razorback baseball games. The rooms are clean, the location is perfect for a ten minute walk to Baum, they have an excellent free breakfast,parking is good, great place for the money.

They were vary nice and helpful. The room was clean and great, the lobby was beautiful and the manager was so nice. The breakfast was very good and the man who served it was very friendly.
