I took my two grandsons ages 7 and 14 we stayed from Thursday until Sunday. The front desk experience was above and beyond. Very friendly and informative about the area. Room was very clean. Cleaning lady was kind when asked for extras of whatever we needed. We'll be coming back for sure! My oldest grandson loved that there was a baseball court. He played for more than two hrs. An excellent place to stay.

This hotel was nice and clean. They have two indoor pools and a large hot tub. I think there’s an outdoor pool as well but it’s winter. A family friendly resort.

Have stayed at Bird on Hand for the past few years. I never have a complaint. Staff Always available and eager to make suggestions about places to go places to eat or shop. The rooms are clean. Nice friendly place and so close to shopping I feel safe here and always recommend it to family and friends.

The hotel was excellent. Unfortunately, I was on a booking site called Hotelplanner.com that charged almost double the regular rate for the room I was in. I was unaware that I was hijacked by this booking site and thought I was communicating directly with the hotel. I realize that is my error but the charges were exorbitant.
