I was impressed by the fact that there were many accommodations I am normally not offered at hotels. I was offered silverware when I returned from dinner with boxes, I was told where pool towels are, they offer key cards on your phone, they have random items like stretch bands in the hotel room which was a surprise I enjoyed. Overall I felt welcomed and cared about as well as I felt the cost was well worth the experience!

The hotel staff is friendly and attentive. The room and entire hotel was very clean! Breakfasts are great! The location is excellent as you can walk everywhere in downtown Hailey.

Property Description
The Wood River Inn is a very nice, quiet and comfortable motel with the friendliest staff in the valley. Our standard king (one king bed) and our standard queen (two queen beds), as well as our suites (one king bed) all have refrigerators, microwaves, coffee makers, hair dryers, irons and ironing boards. We have an indoor pool and hot tub. We are located 11 miles south of Sun Valley, Idaho. We have two meeting rooms. One is a conference room with a capacity of 49 people. The other is a board room with a capacity of 20 people. We have free wifi and a media room with two computer terminals at no charge. We offer a free buffet style breakfast with every room. We offer free bike rentals for our guests in the summer and free snowshoe rentals in the winter. Pets are welcome for and additional fee - limited pet rooms

All staff are tested upon arrival for a fever using a touch less forehead test er. All exterior door handles are sanitized multiple times throughout the dayDoors can only be opened using our touches key app (No physical keys) We have numerous Purell stands located throughout the common spaces of the hotel, entrance and public restrooms. In addition to our standard, strict cleaning practices, we have enhanced our efforts across the hotel. Our housekeeping team is using hospital-grade cleaning agents, paying extra attention to high-touch surfaces in guestrooms and throughout public areas when cleaning and disinfecting. In addition to our daytime cleaning, we will have continued cleaning service that deep-cleans the lobby, dining room, and fitness center each night once they are open. Our employees are constantly being updated on best practices and we will continue to monitor local, state and national health authorities for changing protcols
