Edinburgh International Airport is just 7 miles, or 25 minutes via taxi, from The Principal Edinburgh. A typical fare is under £20 (this may be higher on public holidays). There is regular tram service for £5.50 for a single trip, or £8.50 return, which takes about 40 minutes and stops at St Andrew Square.
