We are limiting exposure for guests and hotel staff by: Eliminating stayover cleaning service for guests staying more than 1 night; Closing the Fitness Center; Serving pre-packaged breakfast; Coffee station sanitized after each use; Mobile check-in; Express check-out w/key drop; Reduced seating capacity; Waiting 24 hours to clean any checkout; Waiting 72 hours to clean any checkout room thought or known to be occupied by someone symptomatic of COVID-19; All hotel staff wear masks and gloves (transitioned after each guest), and practice handwashing throughout shift; Hand sanitizer available at Front Desk and Dining area. Hotel staff has temperature taken before each shift. Hotel is practicing guidelines set by CDC, WHO, AH&LA Stay Safe program, Global Care and Cleanliness Commitment by Hyatt, and Delaware Division of Public Health COVID Protection.
