We stayed here in 2021 and in 2023 we could tell the difference as soon as we walked in. Cosmetic work to the rooms has improved its appearance. The crew continues to make sure the place is clean and both the common areas and rooms smell great. Felt safe, clean and everyone on staff was super friendly and accommodating.

This hotel is no longer a Red Lion and is now total trash. The staff is extremely rude, the housekeeping is half ass at best and none of the advertised amenities because people are still being duped into believing they are booking a Red Lion hotel. I would give it negative stars if I could. EXTREMELY PISSED!

Had problems with the door locks. Room had to be switched because despite exchanging key cards twice only housekeeping master key would open the door. Second room the key card worked but did not work on other doors in the hotel i.e. to access the door leading into the hotel when I wanted to retrieve ice. No alarm clock in the room. Breakfast not served until 7 am that's late for many people who have to be somewhere by 8am and need time before to get things in order. 6:30 would be a more realistic time so people could grab something before having to check out.
