I've stayed at many properties in the Lincoln, Nebraska area over the last 18 months. The Microtel Inn stands out as one of the best in the budget hotel category! Rooms are cleaned well and staff is very accommodating. Breakfast is standard. Pool area is decent for those that enjoy a dip. Heater and A/C work well. Beds and linens are comfortable. Many rooms offer a large seating area with couch and a sink near the microwave and refrigerator if you desire that space.
