"Reservations do not match hotel."

The hotel is nice very clean. I feel like housekeeping could be more up to par with making sure our guest have enough towels and rags. Also, the people who do your reservations I found out took an extra hundred dollars from me and they promised me a few things that you guys do not offer at the hotel. I was told my parking and security deposit was included into my fee which was almost $300 and it was not so altogether. I paid 298 but the front desk told me it was only supposed to be 198. I feel like you guys need to get that together other than that it’s a pretty cool spot.

"Low quality for the price."

We stayed here for an event at the convention center. It was conveniently located and room was clean bed was good. However the lamp shades were broken, one lamp didn’t work, ice machine didn’t work on the 4th floor or 3rd, no breakfast or even a continental breakfast, directions to parking was not clear, response to getting a new light bulb was very slow. When talking with front desk about the problems she just shook her head and gave no response. For the $950 for two nights I would have expected it to have more of the basics! Disappointed and wont recommend it.
