Cleaning Policies
We use Ecolab’s Peroxide Multi Surface Cleaner & Disinfectant, approved by the EPA against COVID-19 (with 45 seconds ‘kill time’) and influenza and as a hospital disinfectant, when cleaning the general areas of the guest rooms and public areas, and use Ecolab’s Disinfectant Bathroom Cleaner. Stay-overs receive clean towels and and fresh toiletries by leaving what they have used outside their door each morning and fresh items are left in a bag by their door by the time that our housekeepers leave for the day. Rooms are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected after the guest's have checked out. Everyone on the Housekeeping wears gloves while they are working. The lobby and Front desk areas are cleaned every shift and there is a facial barrier between the guests and the front Desk Associates.
