Property Description
The majestic 23-story building houses 514 newly renovated guest rooms including 20 suites. All rooms have individual climate controls, three telephones with voice mail and data port, AM/FM clock radio, ironing board and iron, coffee maker, complimentary coffee and tea, hair dryer, remote controlled 25” flat screen television, digital On Command Video Movies, and STSN high-speed internet access. The hotel also offers a Concierge Lounge and seven concierge floors. The hotel is across the street from the Galleria shopping/entertainment complex, which offers over 350 specialty shops, ice skating rink, and numerous restaurants. On the Lobby Level, you will find the Business Center, Hertz Rental Car Courtesy Phone, and ATM machine. The staff is fluent in French, German, Spanish and other languages. For parking the hotel offers valet and garage self parking at a fee, or complimentary surface parking. The hotel boasts 40,000 square feet of meeting and exhibition space. The hotel’s eighteen meeting rooms include an 18,000 square foot Exhibition Center, 10,000 square foot Grand Ballroom divisible by three, plus two junior ballrooms. All meeting rooms have wireless and wired high-speed internet access, independent controls for air-conditioning, heat, sound, electricity, multiple microphone and 110V electrical outlets.
