From placing my reservation, to checking in, Marriott Courtyard in Toledo dissolved all the stressors surrounding me when I was looking for a last minute option. One of their competitors west of Toledo lost my reservation, while I was in transit to their location. I had two meetings the next day, which required a great deal of prep work that evening. When I called in looking for a Courtyard Marriott location, the customer service rep found me a room within a 15 minute drive of where I had to be the next day. From now on, I'm booking all my stays with Courtyard Marriott. They saved me at the last minute, when I thought I'd have no place else to go. Forget 10 Stars, I'm giving them "11".
