A large resort like feel good restaurant and the best airport parking around. The rooms have balcony they are clean and comfortable and reasonably priced. Service is also at a high level. Older decor but well maintained.

Checking in with Helen at the front desk was wonderful. It was a very busy afternoon and she was doing her very best to keep up with the demands. She was very accommodating and helpful in locating me a room just right. The overall room and surroundings in the hotel could truly use some current model updates. Although I had a room on the Penthouse floor, the only "upgrade" part of this was the outstanding view. The room was on the "older feeling side", the bathroom was just adequate. The size of the room was very nice. Not enough electrical outlets to accommodate my needs. The food at the restaurant was very good, but again the atmosphere was dark and a bit old looking. Nothing "fancy" for sure. I loved the gift shop, I bought several of the colorful poncho type sweaters in the front. Housekeeping loved the fresh towels and bed made, but I never received coffee refills over the course of my stay..Missed opportunity. The distance from the airport was very convenient and I felt safe during my stay.

I stayed at the Doubletree for a few days after a car crashed into my house. They were very accommodating to my need to check in immediately at four in the morning. Every front desk clerk I spoke to—every employee there, for that matter—were kind, professional and very helpful. The room was very clean and in a quiet corner where I could rest easy. Having multiple options for hot meals helped tremendously, too.
