I rated this average, only because the location and vintage look and history holds it up. With that, it would barely rise to average. The room furnishing are in my king mountain view kind were in poor condition, in need of replacement. No coffee maker, tiny bathroom and a shot of hot water when someone near your room flushes! That's not a big deal,reminds me of summer camp in the 60's. Staff is great, welcoming and helpful. I enjoyed my stay, just wish the furnishings were better.
