Had to go down two floors to get ice. Person at the front desk barely spoke English (REALLY). Some of our towels in the bathroom were soaking wet 😡. We stay at this hotel because it’s always been nice. Getting antiquated and need to put more people you can understand. Nothing worse than going to a hotel and not being able to communicate. Not fair to the customer. But we also stay because of Ruth Kris.

Hilton Parsippany offers a convenient and outstanding location for business and leisure travelers. We are located in the Mack-Cali Business Campus and easily accessible from Routes 10, 287 and 80. Newark Liberty Int'l Airport is a short 20 miles east and we are only 32 miles from NYC, with easy train access nearby the hotel. Completely renovated in 2015, the hotel has 353 modern and luxurious guest rooms with free WIFI.
